Our Farmers and Their Products
Negev Nectars’ two product offerings inlcude: Negev Nectars Membership and A Taste of Negev Nectars, both of which include a wide array of organic products from Israel’s desert.
All Negev Nectars gourmet products hail from small-scale, Israeli farms that produce artisanal foods out of a very difficult landscape. We base our selection of products on the criteria that our partner farms work with the desert, not against it, farming in the most sustainable ways possible. We are continuing to search for the newest tastes of the Negev, and the latest in sustainable, small-scale agriculture in Israel, as well as finding new ways to assist the Negev farmers.
